Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

aireadypage.com is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analysis tool that evaluates web pages against a set of criteria related to how well they may be understood, extracted, and cited by AI search engines and assistants (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar tools). The Service provides a score, breakdown, and recommendations based on this analysis.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account and access the Service.
• We use passwordless "magic link" authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email account used to sign up.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Free Tier and Paid Subscription

• We offer a limited free analysis, restricted to one free analysis per URL and/or per device, at our discretion, to prevent abuse of the free tier.
• Paid subscriptions ("Pro Plan") are billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout, and include up to 100 GEO analyses per billing period, as described in Section 4.
• Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for all purchases made through the Service. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Checkout Terms, available at paddle.com/legal. Paddle, not us, is the seller of record for tax and payment purposes.

4. Usage Limits

The Pro Plan includes up to 100 GEO analyses per billing period (monthly). This limit resets each time your subscription renews. If you need a higher limit, contact us at faisibash@gmail.com to discuss higher-volume options. We reserve the right to apply additional reasonable rate limits, and to suspend, throttle, or terminate access for accounts that show abnormal, automated, or excessive usage patterns inconsistent with typical individual use, including but not limited to scripted or bulk querying.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze URLs you do not have the right to submit for analysis, or for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent free-tier limitations through multiple accounts, devices, or other means.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in any way that violates Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy (available at paddle.com/legal).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its scoring methodology, software, and design, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Analysis reports generated for your submitted URLs are yours to use for your own business purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

To provide the Service, we use third-party providers including but not limited to Anthropic (for AI-based content analysis), Supabase (for data storage and authentication), and Paddle (for payment processing). Content from URLs you submit may be processed by these third parties as necessary to generate your report.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GEO scoring and recommendations are generated using AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, ranking, or citation result from implementing suggested changes, as we have no control over third-party AI search engines' behavior.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy and are processed through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you as a buyer under Paddle's Buyer Terms.
